Returns

Customers in the European Union have the right to return products within 30 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• It must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Used products
• Personalized/custom items
• Hygiene-related items (if opened)
• Items damaged due to misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
